The “detent pin” (number 6 on the diagram) should be placed into the “non-pivoting locking feature” (number 7 on the diagram) and use the “wheel locking mechanism” (number 20 on the diagram) on both the left and right side by pushing them out to lock the wheels in place. Stand directly inside the surround-around frame to perform your exercises.

Additional weights and resistance bands can be added to the frame for strength training, stretching, support, etc.
